Focus: An intensive 4-week diagnostic. You provide the Audit, the Intuitive Diagnosis, and the Roadmap.

Fixed Premium Fee: $5k–$10k

Focus: Executing a specific part of the Roadmap (e.g., a Website Relaunch or CPG Brand Launch).

Project Based Fees: Price based on the complexity and the Value of the Yield (e.g., projected donation growth).

Focus: Ongoing Fractional CMO support. You act as the steward of their marketing ecosystem.

Monthly Retainer: Depending on weekly hours required (e.g., $3k, $6K, $10k/mo).
